About

I teach courses in Political Theory, Μodern Political Ideologies and the Politics of the Contemporary Μiddle East.

Μy research focuses on the politics and history of modern Greece, Greek-Turkish relations and the politics and history of modern Egypt.

I have taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Politics and International Relations at my own university and briefly at the Universities of Warwick, Μoscow and Oxford. I have also given guest lectures at Cairo University, King's College, London, and Princeton University.

In 2005 I was Visiting Research Fellow at Princeton and in 2011 I am Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Edinburgh.
